Sketching at Castle Green Hotel, Kendal

We are invited to the Lodge at southern entrance to Castle Green Hotel for coffee before going out to sketch in the grounds.

For those of you who havent been before, the grounds are very attractive with mature trees, shrubs and flowers in formal and wild gardens. A very pretty spot.
